Breaking Free from Freeze Mode

Does this ever happen to you?

You realize you have not moved forward on your journey because you are trapped in one spot trying to plan ahead for every possible turn?

Sometimes the habit of needing to be ready for everything leaves you frozen and unable to experience anything.

When I realize I am exploring more in my imagination than I am in real life I have to pause, forgive myself for overthinking, and then take a step forward.
